the taylor rendering

The Leslieville neighbourhood in Toronto has been abuzz with excitement as Streetcar Developments prepares for the grand opening of The Taylor, a boutique seven-storey building that will soon house 96 modern lofts.

The big event will take place on Saturday, April 26th at noon, where representatives will walk you through floorplans, show you the model kitchen and finishes and answer any questions you have. To top it off, a limited-time purchasing incentive will also be up for grabs.

So head to the presentation centre at 43 Davies Avenue, just off Queen Street West and the DVP. You can also receive details about the purchasing incentive by registering online.

Fast forward to 2016, and The Taylor will boast a bold exterior that speaks to the neighbouring warehouses, with distinctive window patterns and red-browned hued materials. The development will also feature unique Öko-skin concrete slats, which resemble wood and help create a more distinct and contemporary facade.

And with an ultra-distinct exterior, it’s assumed that the interior features and finishes will also catch the eye. Thanks to the design work of Seven Haus Design, each loft with be one part fashionable and two parts functional. Some feature include nine-foot exposed concrete ceilings, engineered hardwood flooring, quartz kitchen countertops and under-cabinet lighting.

Prices for available units start in the mid $200,000s.
