The developer has partnered with Main and Main Developments Inc. to create the new community on Kingston Road near Victoria Park Avenue in Scarborough.

TAS is known for its community-oriented approach to development and this extends to the Kingston&Co website that launched this week. The site is focused on answering the tough questions about condo living and dispelling various myths surrounding the vertical lifestyle.

A versatile public blogging platform, the site fosters discussion on 10 important topics, including construction quality, potential building delays and the alleged Toronto condo bubble. It blends the opinions of experts from various disciplines with comments from TAS to ensure that the best information is reaching potential Kingston&Co buyers. The coolest part about the site is anyone can participate, ask questions about the development and contribute to the discussion.
