Toronto residents, it’s time to grab a shovel and head outdoors to commemorate the official ground breaking of South Hill on Madison. Burnac recently announced that construction on the modern development will begin next weekend and all are invited to come out and join the festivities.
Save the date: the event will take place on Saturday, April 12th from 12pm to 4pm at the development’s presentation centre. It’s located at 380 Macpherson Avenue, Suite 110 and 111 in Toronto.
Attendees can sip on refreshments and sample hors d’oeuvres at the ribbon cutting ceremony before the site officially breaks ground. And we weren’t kidding when we said to grab a shovel — Burnac will give everyone the opportunity to participate.
You’ll also be given a commemorative photograph of yourself digging (perhaps to stick onto your fridge when you move in?). It’s not every day future residents get to help out with the actual ground breaking, after all.
Interested? Be sure to RSVP by April 4th to firstname.lastname@example.org
