When most people look up to the heavens they see an ominous blue void, or perhaps a cloud that looks like a duck. But when French artist Thomas Lamadieu gazes skyward he sees a blank canvas.
For his “SkyArt” series, Lamadieu has inserted art between architecture. His settings? The dense urban areas of Canada, Germany, Belgium, and France.
Below are a few of our favorite pieces, which, beginning next month, will be on display at the annual “Le French May” festival in Hong Kong.
