25 Prince Street in Nolita is poised to launch sales.

Developer Omnia Group acquired the four-story pre-war walk-up building and converted it into a six-story elevator condominium, according to Northwind’s site. The development will have three units, along with a new facade and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Doulgas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund posted a rendering of a one-bedroom on Instagram today, adding that the mixed-use building would hit the market soon. A plan exam application was filed in 2011 and approved in 2012.

The 573-square-foot retail condo on the ground floor is up for grabs, with an asking price of $4.9 million, according to the Massey Knakal listing. The current tenant is prepster clothing brand Gant Rugger — the lease expires in February 2018.
