New renderings have been uncovered for Adam America’s 247 North 7th Street in Williamsburg.
The rental project will consist of 169 units across two seven-story buildings, according to the developer’s site.
Permits were first filed for the site under another developer in 2006, Brownstoner reported. Rieder Holdings purchased the site for $12 million in 2011, then sold it to Silverstone Property Group in 2012 for $21.6 million. Adam America acquired the property last year, according to public records.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, concierge, lounge, gym, two roof decks, attendant parking garage, bike room, extra storage and pet spa.
