The 27-unit conversion developed by HFZ Capital Group offers three- to five-bedroom residences, including lofts, penthouses and penthouses. BKSK Architects reworked the facade of the 10-story loft building, originally constructed in 1910.
The thoroughly fêted Thomas Juul-Hansen, also the architect for HFZ’s 505 West 19th Street, designed the interiors.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, landscaped roof garden, gym, children’s playroom and storage rooms available for purchase.
Sales will launch soon, with prices starting at approximately $4.5 million. Douglas Elliman will be marketing the property. Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis will be heading sales, along with Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes.
Construction started this month, and the building is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2016.
