Wyldewood Cove, situated on the shores of Georgian Bay and cradled by a 15-acre nature preserve, is being applauded for its long list of impressive year-round amenities. Case in point: the Collingwood community is now over 60 per cent sold.

Located off Highway 26, just west of downtown Collingwood, the new low-rise condo development by Brandy Lane Homes is minutes from the Blue Mountain ski resort, and in an area known as Ontario’s “Ski and Golf Country”. It’s the ideal community for outdoor enthusiasts and sports buffs alike who want access to a wide-range of activities, no matter the time of year.

Besides the surrounding ski and snowboard slopes and proximity to the 31-kilometre Georgian Nature Trail, Wyldewood Cove will boast plenty of amenities of its own. Residents can dip into the heated year-round outdoor pool or glide on a skating rink that transforms into a landscape feature come summer. Warm weather activities include enjoying the Central Promenade, and the Lakeside Lookout Pergola situated next to the deep water channel complete with floating docks and swim platforms.  All of the onsite amenities are connected by a private community trail.

Each suite will also be decked out with high-quality features and finishes including a gas fireplace, kitchen with a chef’s island and breakfast bar, a stainless-steel appliance package, granite countertops and energy-efficient features.

Though construction has yet to begin, occupancy is slated for December 2015.

Prices for available suites range from $169,990 to the $270,000s and range in size from 580 to 1,521 square feet.
