The Wave, a collection of luxury townhomes in Oakville’s West Harbour District, will soon take shape on what is being called the city’s first modern streetscape.
Matas Group has been perfecting the project details prior to construction and recently released a brand new site plan. The community will now consist of 18 units instead of 20 to make room for larger 18-foot wide designer towns. The new model, called Coral, takes after the development’s already popular end units. There are four in total, but only two are left for sale.
The three-storey Coral townhomes will span 3,404 square feet and will feature a basement, two-car garage and rooftop with an open-air terrace. The third floor will also boast a master bedroom with a large ensuite.
What else will make this new community stand out above the rest? Some of the contemporary homes will be set back to offer a more three-dimensional and charming streetscape. The Wave will also offer a balance between luxury $1 million homes and those that are less expensive to meet the needs of more purchasers.
Since the grand opening already took place in late February, the presentation centre is now open every Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm.
The high-end development will be situated on Garden Drive, just east of Dorval. Sales for available townhomes start from the mid $900,000s and units range in size from 2,636 to 3,492 square feet.
