Our readers have been buzzing about The Code Condos, a rare boutique building coming to St. Clair Avenue West and Parkwood Avenue. The project by BLVD Developments and Lifetime Developments has already attracted a lot of interest from Forest Hill locals keen to see what will appear on site. See for yourself!
Not much to look at, eh? The eyesore is currently being demolished to make way for The Code Condos. Here’s what the corner is set to look like once the nine story building is complete:
Made up of 108 suites and 10 townhomes, the project is just steps from the St. Clair streetcar line and a five minute walk from the St. Clair West subway station.
Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the north side of the structure (pictured above) will contain the principal entry point into building on the tree-lined Parkwood Avenue, offering residents a sense of connection to the surrounding community.
The south side of The Code Condos will feature exceptional city views. Sir Winston Churchill Park is just south of the project, meaning the wide-open vistas will stay unobstructed in future.
Units range in size from 430 square feet to over 2,500 square feet and start from the mid-$200,000s.
