The burgeoning Humber Bay Shores neighbourhood in Toronto is becoming home to Monarch’s newest master-planned community. Six of the developer’s condo projects already pepper the area and Riva del Lago is soon to become number seven.
Located at 2151 Lake Shore Boulevard West, the 14-storey boutique residence will be phase two of Lago, a modern 49-storey condominium. Riva will also sit on a five-storey podium and will offer enviable views of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline.
In terms of amenities, the new condo will feature a two-storey lobby with a round-the-clock concierge service and an additional lobby entrance equipped with a pet wash station (read: no more mysterious paw prints decorating your carpet).
Other building perks include a designer-decorated party room complete with a caterer’s kitchen and dining area, a two-level fitness studio with a yoga room and a large theatre with cinema seating. Another benefit: residents will have access to the indoor swimming pool, hot tub and dry saunas housed within Lago.
Monarch has also made it easy to go green thanks to the number of eco-friendly suite features, from individually-controlled heating and air conditioning systems to Energy Star rated appliances.
We stopped by the Monarch sales centre to peek at the new scale model and check out the suite features, like the model kitchen and bathroom. Take a look below:
Looking to run errands in a flash? The neighbourhood is dotted with a number of conveniences, including Eden Trattoria, Sobey’s, LCBO and Shopper’s Drug Mart.
Suites start from the mid $300,000s.
