Tribeca’s boutique condo project Reade Chambers is 50 percent sold after launching sales in late January, Curbed reported.

Annabelle Selldorf designed the interiors at the 17-unit building by SK Development, Ironstate Development and Charles Blaichman. The block-through development is located at 71 Reade Street. Available units are priced from $1.695 million for a one-bedroom to $5.55 million for a four-bedroom.

The residences have five-inch plank rift and quartersawn white oak floors, ceiling heights up to 11 feet and multizone heating and cooling systems with individual climate control in each room. The kitchens feature Caesarstone countertops, glass cabinetry and appliances by Sub-Zero, Miele or Gaggenau and Liebherr. The master bathrooms are draped in gray marble, with white oak vanities designed by Selldorf. Owners also get basement storage units, ranging from 60 to more than 100 square feet.

Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, private on-site parking available for purchase, a landscaped courtyard, roof terrace, gym, pet-grooming room and children’s playroom.
