When we first heard word of Copperstone Ballantrae, a new community by Geranium Homes consisting of 18 manor-style properties in Whitchurch-Stouffville, we knew it wouldn’t be long before the development popped up on the radar of new home buyers.

The two-storey manor homes are priced from $1,170,000 to $1,382,000 and range in size from 3,164 to 5,283 square feet. Bungalow-loft designs are priced from $1,190,000 to $1,280,000 and range from 2,990 to 4,048 square feet.
