The Harmony construction site in Richmond has been full of activity since the 40,000 cubic-metre pre-load was removed a few weeks ago. Townline reports that earlier this month the installation of over 1,200 stone columns, each up to 15 feet deep, was also completed. And now that those tasks are out of the way crews have begun to prep the site for excavation, scheduled to start at the beginning of April.
What does it all mean? It means that the anticipated 16-storey condo tower will be move-in ready by September 2015.
Over 60 homes have been sold to date, but you still have an opportunity to get in on the project and enjoy all its resort-style amenities, which include a 15,000-square-foot rooftop garden, fitness facility, concierge service and social room.
Also impressive is Harmony’s central Richmond location, minutes away from parks, schools, the Canada Line, Richmond Centre shopping, and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
To learn more about the remaining homes, visit the Harmony sales centre at 180 No. 3 Road (at Bennett Road) in Richmond. The facility is open from 12pm to 6pm Saturday through Thursday.
