A five-unit condo project will replace a parking lot at 263 Union Avenue in Williamsburg.
The new building will have full-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments, according to the (placeholder) teaser site. All residences come with private storage and in-unit washer/dryer, while select homes will feature private outdoor space.
The property will rise on a 25′ by 91′ vacant lot between South 3rd and South 4th streets. The development site went on the market with an asking price of $1.25 million, or $202 per buildable square foot, according to the Massey Knakal listing. We’ve yet to see permits filed.
