Listings are out for six-unit 15 Leonard Street in Tribeca.

Designed by Wayne Turett, the nine-story development features four full-floor four-bedrooms, a 7,220-square-foot townhouse and a 4,600-square-foot triplex penthouse, all with private outdoor space. Pricing for available units starts at $6.15 million. Unit 5 is already in contract, according to the listing.

Each of the apartments has private keyed elevator access, 6″ wide plank walnut flooring, limestone-wrapped fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, grand entertaining space with 60 linear feet of frontage facing south on Leonard street and custom kitchen with Caesarstone countertops, marble backsplash, white lacquer and stained oak wood cainetry and appliances by Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch. The master bath comes with a white stone soaking tub, Toto water closet and limestone flooring with radiant heating.

Residents get a private parking lift and deeded on-site parking. Amenities include a virtual doorman and video intercom system.

TOWN Residential is handling marketing. The building is scheduled for completion at the end of 2014, according to the New York Post.
