Simon Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group has a game plan for a new building at 103 North 13th Street in Williamsburg.
Located between Wythe Avenue and Berry Street, the 13-story, 145-foot-tall structure will have about 90 hotel rooms on the upper floors. The third to eighth floors will be community facility space. The proposed building will come with attended parking for 81 cars, a restaurant, bar and rooftop swimming pool.
Karl Fischer is the architect of record, according to the plan exam application filed today. The mixed-use development will rise on a 125-foot-wide lot, currently home to a warehouse for Amerihua Produce Inc. Demolition permits have yet to be filed.
Fischer and Rabsky Group are also collaborating on a 172-unit residential development slated for 564 St. Johns Place in Crown Heights, as we reported last year. The site, between Classon and Franklin avenues, was formerly a parking garage.
In January, the developer filed a new building application for an eight-story, 51-unit project at 7 Whipple Street, according to Brownstoner. That apartment building will be designed by Curtis and Ginsberg Architects.
