Empire Communities has started the year off with a bang after winning big at The National Association of Home Builders’ National Awards in Las Vegas last week.
During the award ceremony, which honours marketing and design achievements by North American homebuilders, the developer was lauded for its new residential community TheHUB, located in Toronto’s Eglinton West area.
TheHUB won Gold for Best Project Signage, thanks to the vibrant magenta and teal hues that stand out against the neighbourhood’s surroundings. The signs are eye-catching, playful and reflect the sense of community that is present in the area.
The new townhouse and condo community also scored Silver finalist status for two categories: Best Social Media Campaign and Best Presentation Centre.
Considering TheHUB’s cutting-edge presentation centre was recognized at The Nationals, it’s probably worth checking out. Located at 1603 Eglinton Avenue West, the presentation centre houses two elegant model suites. It’s open from 12pm to 6pm during the week and from 12pm to 5pm on weekends and holidays.
Check it out to learn about how TheHUB is making homeownership a reality with their two attractive deposit programs. Plus both programs include one year free taxes and maintenance on purchase.
The new residential community will feature a 16-storey tower and seven townhomes nestled in a pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood. The modern building will also be equipped with a number of appealing amenities, from a fitness centre and pilates space to a party lounge.
Prices for available suites start in the mid $200,000s and units range from 517 to 1,238 square feet.
