Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park by Toll Brothers City Living quietly put up 12 condos for sale this past weekend — and sold them all, Brownstoner reported.

The total sales price for the 12 units was about $44 million, according to a tipster, who told Brownstoner that seven more apartments will go on the market this week.

The 108-unit building designed by Marvel Architects offers one- to five-bedrooms, many with terraces. Pricing ranges from $1.5 million to $11 million. Interiors include reclaimed hardwood pine floors, solid walnut cabinetry, marble kitchen countertops and marble master bathrooms with soaking tubs. Most of the eco-friendly residences are duplexes with 18-foot windows.

Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, multiple gyms, meditation studio, lounge, childen’s playroom, teen lounge, pet wash, refrigerated storage, bicycle storage, on-site valet parking.

The condominiums are part of a larger complex, with a 192-room 1 Hotel by Starwood Capital. Residents will also have access to 1 Hotel amenities, such as a rooftop swimming pool and bar. Construction kicked off last year and is slated to wrap up by Summer 2015.
