A $7,000 credit will be given to all one-bedroom purchasers while two-bedroom buyers will have $12,000 taken off the net purchase price of their new home. That means that Modern‘s one-bedroom E Plan, normally $462,900, will go for only $455,900. Meanwhile, the two-bedroom G Plan, originally priced at $669,900, is now only $657,900.
In addition to the above incentive Amacon is also offering a Chinese New Year lucky red envelop, were buyers will have the opportunity to be awarded $900 to go toward their closing legal fees, or $1,000 towards wood flooring in the bedrooms. This incentive is available on all homes purchased by end of day on February 16th.
Modern is already well under construction and on schedule for completion in October 2014.
