ME Living This is one event we’ve been waiting for with bated breath.

On Saturday, February 22nd, the ME Living sales team will throw open the doors to the presentation centre at 1151 Markham Road and invite the general public in to learn more about the highly anticipated master planned community in Scarborough.

Through summer 2013, BuzzBuzzHome News did a Built to Open series at the ME Living presentation centre. The finished product was a forward-thinking, beautifully crafted space that would ensure interested buyers would be able to learn about every detail of the new community.

Now the Lash Group of Companies, the developer behind the ambitious project, is ready to show off what they’ve been working on.

The event is set to kick off at 1pm on Saturday. Lash Group President Larry Blankenstein will be on the scene, as will Ward 38 Toronto City Councillor Glenn De Baeremaeker.

ME will include four contemporary towers, townhomes, new rental units and shops surrounding a central courtyard with a pond that will be turned into a skating rink during the winter months. Another very cool component of the project is a new $1 million park that will be built as part of the community.

Prices start at $149,990 for a one-bedroom plus balcony suite.

This is not an event you’ll want to miss, so be sure to stop by the presentation centre on Saturday at 1pm to learn more.
