Eli Karp’s Hello Living is barreling through Brooklyn, and its latest project is Hello Albemarle in Flatbush.
The building at 2415 Albemarle Road will have 44 condominiums with private terraces, open layouts, and private elevators opening directly into each unit, according to the developer’s site. The building will also feature a gym and a 15-year tax abatement. Permits have yet to be filed for Hello Albemarle, which was first reported by Brownstoner.
Judging from the floor plans available through Hello Living’s site, the apartments will be one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms ranging in size from 630 square feet to 816 square feet:
Other Hello Living projects in the borough include 651 New York Avenue, 271 Lenox Road and 618 Washington Avenue, a 10-unit building with private outdoor space for all residences. Last month, the three-bedroom duplex penthouse at 618 Washington hit the market with an asking price of $1.325 million.
