The site, which comes with approximately 43,000 buildable square feet, is asking $8.6 million. The property between Fulton Street and Atlantic Avenue can be sold for development or as transferable air rights, according to the listing. The church itself is landmarked and will not be demolished.
Currently used as a parking lot and rectory, the irregular lot has 100 feet of frontage on Vanderbilt Avenue.
