A new six-story residential building is in the works for 369 Berry Street in Williamsburg.
The 13,491-square-foot project will have 10 apartments, with Charles Mallea as the architect of record, according to the plan exam application filed February 21st. There will be 2,383 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, as well as storage and two penthouse units.
The 60-foot-tall building will rise on a corner parking lot between South 6th Street and Broadway. The developer, M&B of Monroe Inc., purchased the lot in 1996, along with adjacent properties at 82 South 6th Street and 89 Broadway.
