Rendering: Design Laboratories via BHS
A development site at 150 Hope Street is for sale, asking $1.95 million.
The property comes with plans for a seven-story, five-unit building crafted by architecture firm Design Laboratories, according to the listing. The proposed building measures about 6,850 square feet and has two duplex two-bedrooms and three full-floor one-bedrooms.
The seller has acquired 1,284 square feet of inclusionary floor area certificates.
The 19-foot-wide site is sandwiched between two rental buildings at 140 Hope Street and 156 Hope Street. Both buildings are part of the The Espoir development.
David Ellis Real Estate purchased the vacant land in June 2007 for $675,000, according to public records. Later that summer, the firm filed plans for a six-story, six-unit building at the site.
