The Centurian Building at 1182 Broadway is beginning leasing this month, with luxury rentals priced from $6,000 per month.

The landmarked building, located between the NoMad and Ace hotels, has 39 lofts, one- and two-bedroom homes. Pricing could range up to $12,000-plus per month, according to the teaser site. The project’s two-bedroom penthouse duplex will have private outdoor space.

The Beaux Arts structure was constructed between 1908 to 1910 and designed by William L. Rouse for the Century Holding Company.

BUILTIN Studios served as the interior architect for the redesigned residences, which feature walnut stained flooring, 10-foot ceilings, recessed lighting, custom molding and millwork, oversized restored copper window frames and in-unit Bosch washer/dryer. The kitchens have custom white cabinetry, white Caesarstone countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerators, Bosch cooktop and wall oven, with Sub-Zero wine refrigerators in some apartments. The bathrooms are fitted with mosaic tile floors and walls, Zuma soaking tubs, custom vanities with marble countertops and radiant heat flooring in select units.

Additional amenities at The Centurian include a 24-hour doorman, concierge and a landscaped roof deck. The expected occupancy is this March.
