Townline Homes has teamed up with Conasys to bring the latter company’s cloud-based homecare platform to residents of The Gardens (pictured above), 999 Seymour and Harmony.

For those not familiar with it, the Conasys platform allows users to better understand, manage and maintain their property by giving homeowners access to a wealth of important information such as operating manuals, paint codes, warranty information, community and building amenities.

As Conasys CEO Jerry Bauer explained it to BuzzBuzzHome earlier this month:

For example, you could be at Home Depot buying some new blinds that you want to match your master bedroom. Then, using your iPhone, you navigate to the master bedroom and find the relevant paint code. Simple. It is also fully searchable, sends users an alert when they reach a warranty milestone or when recommended maintenance falls due, and even comes with a complementary printed guide for those rare offline moments.

The partnership between Townline and Consasys also means residents of the aforementioned projects will be able to connect with the developer through a one-click service request function.

“Conasys have reset the bar in terms of homeowner care, and their platform will positively impact almost all facets of our business, from how we engage and interact with our homeowners to how we are perceived as an industry innovator,” said Townline sales and marketing vice president Chris Colbeck. “But more importantly it will allow us to provide an enhanced home ownership experience and allow our residents to better understand and enjoy their home.”
