In August, we reported on a proposal to put condominiums on top of a Hell’s Kitchen post office at 320 West 52nd Street.
Developer OasesRE plans to build two new floors on top of the existing three-story structure between Eighth and Ninth avenues. The “Radio City Lofts” project will consist of approximately 45 apartments totaling 42,500 square feet, according to OasesRE’s website.

Architecture Outfit is the architect of record.
We spotted these [EDIT: old] renderings on the site for Gary H. Silver Architects, the former architectural firm for Radio City Lofts. Feel free to contrast and compare. The post office, pictured below, will continue to operate at the location.
