The first official listing is out for Jared Kushner’s puckish penthouses at the 1880s Puck Building in Soho.
Penthouse VI, asking $21 million, is the first finished unit of the six penthouses, Curbed reported. One of the other units is allegedly in contract for $27.5 million, but we’re ignoring it.
The three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom apartment measures 4,895 square feet; it’s decked with soaring barrel vault brick ceilings (clad in “lustrous iridescent glazed ceramic tiles”), cast-iron columns and beams and wood-framed windows.
The residence has an entry gallery, corner great room with marble-wrapped gas hearth, media room, separate service entry, eat-in kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, hand-poured radiant heat flooring and a corner master suite with fireplace, dual dressing rooms and two master baths with (drum-roll) 19″ televisions built into the medicine cabinets. Not to be outdone, each secondary bathroom has a walk-in closet.
Residences get their own entrance to Puck Penthouses, along with a 24-hour concierge.
