Dig to Done: The Station [PART 13]

Welcome to the first edition of Dig to Done at The Station Condos for 2014! During our trip up to The Station for our first of the series in 2013, P1 was just being formed and only one crane rose above the job site.

The progress the team made in 2013 was incredible and as you’ll see in our photos below, they’re busy working toward achieving their goals for 2014.

We were treated to a very extensive site tour and made it into some nooks and crannies of the building that we had yet to see.

But, before we dive into the photos, we need to give you the lowdown on The Station‘s E-A-S-Y Ownership Program. The program that offers an extended deposit structure to help buyers afford their new condo. Find out more about it here.

The construction crew has reached the eighth floor on the west tower.

The view of the University subway line from the west tower. Wilson subway station is only a few steps away from the development (hence the name).

A look at what’s going on inside the buildings. The windows will be delivered to the site in early February and once they arrive, the interior will begin to take shape.

The roof of the podium, where the crew is at the sixth floor. The podium is the future home of the Studio Club — The Station’s ultra-exclusive amenity floor.

The ground floor inside the podium, which will showcase the dramatic and welcoming two-storey lobby.

We were able to walk all the way down to P3 where some construction elements are being store until the crew is ready to use them.
