Even though we only released the first renderings for Core Condos in mid-December, buzz for the CentreCourt Developments has been steadily escalating. It even managed to score a spot on our list of GTA developments to watch out for in 2014.
Why the appeal? Apart from the central location, the building is, quite simply, a looker. The 24-storey tower will rise from the epicentre of downtown Toronto with a distinctive design from Page + Steele IBI Group Architects.
The designers aren’t afraid to take chances and have come up with a dramatic exterior with two sculpted facades, one in black and the other in white. The eye-catching curves also help create the impression that every floor is distinctive.
The first batch of renderings we published showed off the full length of the structure as well as an interior suite. Now, we’re able to take a closer peek at the project from street level as well as another exterior rendering, this time of the south side of the building.
Have a look:
The fourth floor of Core Condos will come equipped with lounge space, a high-end coffee bar, gym and roughly 3,000-square feet of terrace space, perfecting for barbequing, enjoying the fire pit, or just hanging out.
