It’s been a big year already for Menkes Developments, as their construction crew continues to make steady progress on Harbour Plaza Residences in Toronto’s booming south core. At their current pace, it won’t be long before the new development hits ground level.
Once complete, the new condo community at 90 Harbour Street will boast two high-rise towers that stand 69- and 65-storeys tall. The residential buildings will offer striking views of the waterfront and will also be within walking distance to Union Station.
That’s not all — the towers will be part of a mixed-use community that will bring 200,000 square feet of retail shops and eateries to the community.

Harbour Plaza will house 1,305 units in total and will offer an array of appealing amenities to residents — from an indoor pool to a spacious gym and juice bar.
The project is slated for completion in spring 2017, and available suites range in size from 329 to 792 square feet.
