The offering plan has been declared effective at RFR’s 530 Park Avenue, and first closings have started.

The 119-unit pre-war building, located on Park Avenue at 61st Street, was redesigned by Handel Architects. William T. Georgis did the interiors. Apartments have custom herringbone pattern hardwood floors, hand-finished crown moldings, bathrooms with glass-enclosed marble showers and individually controlled heating and AC systems. The kitchens feature English wood cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

First-floor units look out onto a private French-style courtyard garden with reflecting pool.

Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, gym, children’s playroom, media center, library with billiard table, catering kitchen, sitting room with custom wood paneling and hardwood herringbone floors.

Among the latest units at the development is a $23.75 million five-bedroom measuring 5,500 square feet.

Another incoming condo is a 11,626-square-foot townhouse with a 2,500-square-foot master suite and private street entry. That unit hasn’t been officially listed, but here’s a floorplan from the official site:
