A new seven-story, mixed-use building could be coming to 28-22 Astoria Boulevard.
The 25-unit development on the corner of 29th Street will be designed by T.F. Cusanelli and Filletti Architects, according to the plan exam application filed January 17th. The building will have 2,420 square feet of commercial space and parking for 13 cars.
The developer is Great Neck-based Bell Realty.
The property, a commercial building, traded for $3.52 million in September 2013, according to public records. The seller was the family of William Mezzetti, who has owned the building since 1969.
