Boaz Gilad of Brookland Capital has been busy all over Brooklyn.

We spotted a permit for a new four-story, eight-unit building at 13 Melrose Street in Bushwick.

The 5,450-square-foot project, located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, will be designed by Issac & Stern Architects, according to a plan exam application filed April 16th. The building will rise on a vacant lot.

Other ponies in Gilad’s stable include 303 Cooper Street, a four-story building with seven units, and 260-264 Greene Avenue, a townhouse project.
