VE Equities’ 11 North Moore, which is wrapping up construction, has just released the largest of its four penthouses.
The 7,061-square-foot condo, asking $40 million, includes ceilings up to 18 feet and an unbearably splendid 3,168 square feet of exterior space, with a private pool on the terrace. The interiors feature a private elevator, double-height living room with fireplace and (count’ em) 28 windows overlooking the development’s courtyard garden, an eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, staff room and a private master floor with a corner sun room and loggia. The master bath, which flows into two walk-in closets, has a freestanding soaking tub, windowed separate shower, private water closet and dual vanities. Look at the floorplan here.
The 18-unit powerhouse development, designed by AA Studio (formerly Adjmi & Andreoli) kicked off sales in October. Residences feature 6’10” by 10’10” picture windows and ceilings up to 11 feet. Pricing for available units starts at $4.4 million for a 1,897-square-foot three-bedroom. Of the other three penthouses in the building, PHN and PHS are in contract. Both units had asking prices of $13.5 million, while on-the-market PHW, which measures 3,541 square feet, is asking $12.75 million.
There are four duplex penthouses in the building; PHN and PHS, which each asked $13.5 million, are both in contract.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, library, courtyard, gym, private storage and bicycle/stroller storage. AA Studio recently posted a Facebook photo of the ongoing construction:
