A new six-story building is in the works at 415 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint.

Located just south of McCarren Park between Bayard and Richardson streets, the 7,471-square-foot project will have ten apartments. The architect of record is Tamar Kisilevitz Architect PLLC, and the developer is Chris Cielepak. A plan exam application was filed December 5th.

The building will include enclosed parking and a roof terrace. The development site initially asked $1.05 million, according to the Massey Knakal listing. The developer acquired the property in March for $940,000, according to public records.
