Located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, the eight-unit development will measure 5,231 square feet, according to the plan exam application filed December 6th. The developer is 27 Woodbine Realty LLC.
The property traded in October for $185,000, according to public records.
Half a mile away, another development is popping up at 573-583 Van Buren Street. The six new buildings will be three-story, three-unit structures, for a total of 18 apartments. Permits were filed November 7th.
