A two-story building at 22-07 Astoria Boulevard is getting a merry little expansion.
Great Neck-based Anton Developers of Forest Hills is plopping four stories on top of the existing 3,321-square-foot building between 22nd and 23rd streets. The six-story, nine-unit project will be designed by T.F. Cusanelli and Filletti Architects, according to the plan exam application filed December 10th. The ground floor will have retail, and the top floor will have laundry and a recreational area.
The property was sold to the developer in May for $575,000, according to public records. The existing two-story building, which dates to 1930, already has one residential unit.
