lanehouse on bartlett The website for Curated Properties‘ new Lanehouse on Bartlett just went live this afternoon and the project is officially taking registrations.

The developer is revamping a former yarn factory in Toronto’s Bloordale neighbourhood, near Bloor Street and Dovercourt Avenue. Once complete, Lanehouse on Bartlett will contain 13 loft-houses and three flats.

Toronto-based firm Audax will be handling the architecture while Nivek Remas, a former Yabu Pushelburg designer, will be crafting the interiors.

Curated Properties is no doubt looking to replicate the success of Edition Richmond, which took home two BILD Awards last May, including the Project of the Year – Low-Rise prize. The developer also enlisted Audax to design Edition Richmond.

We’re waiting with bated breath to hear more about this Lanehouse on Bartlett. Stay tuned!
