Considering the crowds that came out for the preview event of the Brownstones at Westown, home-hunters should come out the grand opening this Saturday early. On November 23rd at 11am sharp, Lindvest will be celebrating the launch of their townhome project.

Situated at Weston Rd. and Sheppard Ave W., and conveniently close to the Highways 400 and 401, the new enclave will rise in an established community in Toronto-proper.

With four separate buildings to choose from, the new collection of stacked condominium townhomes take their cues from the classic New York brownstone. Finished in traditional brick with contrasting stone accents, the homes will also be grounded in professionally landscaped areas, creating a distinguished streetscape.

Though the exteriors combine to the best elements of 19th century design with modern detailing, the interiors are fully contemporary. LUX Design offers space-maximizing layouts and refined finishes such as stained oak stairs, smooth-finish ceilings throughout, kitchens with upgraded cabinets and a complete appliance package. Some designs even include patios or balconies with glass privacy screens.

If that piqued your interest, drop by the sales centre at 2277 Sheppard Avenue West to learn more. But as we warned, it’s best to arrive on time considering the response from the preview event. Check out the photos below:
