The Bellaria Residences is no ordinary condo community. Step into the Tower 3 lobby, for instance, and you’ll find deluxe finishes akin to a lavish hotel while still feeling right at home.

Bellaria Residences Tower 4, the last phase of the project, is currently under construction at Jane Street and Rutherford Road in Vaughan. Solmar Development Corp is committed to making its final tower just as luxurious as the previous phases.

Since Tower 4 is not yet complete, we toured Tower 3 to get a sense of the style and character of the community. We have two words for you: welcoming and ultra classy.

Welcome to the swank wine room. Each tower boasts its own unique feature, and while liquor will not be involved in Tower 4’s exclusive space, it will house an aquatic training pool.

Reading Room

The Reading Room in Tower 4 will be equally spacious and will be dressed in similar decor.

Party Room

Not only is the Party Room elegant, it can accommodate up to 80 people. It also comes with its own cocktail lounge.

Outdoor Space

Step outdoors and stroll along two kilometres of groomed walking trails. When you return, dine outdoors on the covered BBQ pavilion.

Theatre Room

Why buy over-priced popcorn at a theatre when the snacks and flicks can come to you? Tower 4 will also include a private screening room, complete with leather recliners and side serving tables.

The Tower 4 lobby will boast European-style finishes, along with a fireplace, polished marble floor and brass chandelier. The 24 hour concierge and gatehouse security service, state-of-the-art fitness centre and landscaped terrace are also nice perks.

The host of amenities continue beyond the gate. Residents will be steps from an abundance of retail shops and dining locations.
