Last month, we reported on the sales launch at prewar conversion 22 Central Park South by Elad Group.

Now, the first listings and floorplans have gone public for the seven-unit landmarked building, which is next to the Plaza Hotel.

Pricing for available units ranges from $6.7 million for a two-bedroom to $26.5 million for a three-bedroom.

The apartments have private elevator entry, floor-to-ceiling casement windows with “tree top views of Central Park,” solid walnut herringbone pattern floors, built-in wall-length bookcases and decorative marble fireplaces in the great rooms. The kitchens come with Carrara marble backsplashes and countertops, SieMatic lacquer cabinetry and Miele appliances, including wine storage.

The master baths have mosaic tile flooring, double sinks, soaking tubs, separate glass-enclosed showers and radiant floor heating.
