Minto Longbranch VIP launch

Simply calling the VIP launch of Minto Longbranch a success would be underselling it. Crowds of interested buyers flocked to the new presentation centre yesterday evening to sip on bubbly, test out fare from local food vendors and learn more about the development. It’s no surprise it was a record-breaking sales night for a friends and family event.

Attendees got a glimpse of the development’s highly-anticipated features. The sales centre showcased a contemporary kitchen and life-sized model of a rooftop patio — and people were dining in both. We’d say most already felt right at home.

“We’re thrilled with the turnout and it has far exceeded our expectations,” says Amanda Wilson Watkins, Minto’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales. “I think it’s directly a result of the value this project is bringing to the GTA. There’s nothing else like this that’s near transit, the downtown core and is still affordable for families.”

Want to check it out for yourself? Mark Saturday, November 9th on your calendar, since that’s when the official preview opening will take place. In the meantime, take a peek at the images from last night’s event below!
