The Berwick at Yonge and Eglinton knows a thing or two about current design trends, thanks to the artistry of interior designer Bryan Patton. The new project by Andrin Homes and The Brown Group of Companies will boast a contemporary style with a smart use of space.
Patton spoke to Urban Toronto about his ultimate vision for the project, using words like urban, sophisticated and minimal. And as a designer, he’s obviously well versed when it comes to fall trends. The biggest design craze for 2013? Refined and modern interior. According to Urban Toronto, Patton placed emphasis on texture instead of colour. Think warm grey tones intermixed with smooth textures.
Interested? The suites’ modern aesthetic will suit just about any demographic, from young professionals to empty nesters.
