the berwick washroom interior

There’s no arguing that The Berwick at Yonge and Eglinton has a creative eye for design. Not only are the interior finishes well-considered, but developers Andrin Homes and The Brown Group of Companies worked with Toronto-based interior designer Bryon Patton to hone in on the latest decor trends.

While we’ve already mentioned the colour scheme and textures of the moment, we think The Berwick’s delicate details also deserve some recognition. The floors, for example, are made from metallic porcelain to draw on the refined and modern look. The fireplace, dressed in Cippolino marble with splashes of cream, complements the suite’s other interior finishes.

The development’s bathroom is just as luxurious, boasting ceramic floor tires and a contemporary circular-shaped tub. It’s pretty much the ultimate place to unwind. Patton also incorporated in the latest colour trends, using warm grey tones and soft white shades to add a little extra oomph to each unit.

That’s not the only reason the new condo and townhouse project is the place to be. The Berwick, which houses a total of 225 units, is surrounded by popular shops and restaurants, and is just a block away from the Eglinton Subway Station.

Prices for available units start at $329,900, which range in size from 651 to 879 square feet.

If you picture yourself residing in a townhouse, it’s also worth checking out City Towns at the Berwick.
