Montreal may be well known for the cobbled streets in the historic city centre, but Quartier des Spectacles, the home base of Rythme Condos, is a new neighbourhood with big cultural capital.
Within one-square kilometre there are more than 80 culture hotspots, including 30 performance spaces and a variety of indoor and outdoor venues. Located at 366 Rue Mayor, Rythme Condos will be the perfect home for the 7,000 or so culture sector workers based in the neighbourhood – or any Montrealer who appreciates urban life and having easy access to the arts.
The 12-storey structure by Belcourt Condos ensures a front seat to the countless festivals that regularly happen in the area. This autumn, the district plays host to a dizzying variety of events including Coup de coeur francophone, Cinemania (November 7th to 17th), M is for Montreal (November 20th to 23rd), Fin Novembre (November 21st to 24th), the Festival Bach Montreal (November 23rd to December 7th) and so much more.
The neighbourhood has been designed to balance residential and commerical space. Set along the periphery, developments such as Rythme Condos ensure living spaces coexist comfortably with cultural events.
The 90 loft-style condos that make up Rythme Condos range in size from 439 to 779 square feet and feature a number of top-notch finishes such as quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances and ceilings that range from 9 to 10 feet high.
