Brookland Capital’s Boaz Gilad is building another development at a vacant lot in Bushwick.

Located at 303 Cooper Street between Irving and Knickerbocker avenue, the project will have four stories and seven units, according to the plan exam application filed October 21st. L & C Associates LLC is designing the building, which is near the Ridgewood border.

The property sold for $1.225 million in the summer, according to public records.

Gilad’s had a busy year; his boutique project at 731 Dean Street in Prospect Heights hit the market in August. The two apartments in contract at 731 Dean are a 2,047-square-foot two-bedroom asking $1.5 million and a 2,105-square-foot three-bedroom asking $1.8 million.

In Clinton Hill, Gilad is developing three contiguous three-family townhouses at 260-264 Greene Avenue, complete with brass facade.

Meanwhile, at 1255 Bushwick Avenue, Brookland is planning a 32-unit residential conversion of a brick church, Brownstoner reported. Issac & Stern has been tapped for the project, which will involve a four-story addition to the church. Like so:
