731 Dean Street in Prospect Heights is two-thirds sold.

Granted, the Boaz Gilad project is only three units, but the three-story building went on the market in August. The two apartments in contract are a 2,047-square-foot two-bedroom asking $1.5 million and a 2,105-square-foot three-bedroom asking $1.8 million.

Apartments have 11-foot ceilings, open kitchens with walnut butcher block islands and stainlees steel appliances, solid white oak hardwood flors, recessed high-efficiency lighting, double-paned windows, washer/dryer hookups and lighting fixtures by Restoration Hardware. There’s also central HVAC, video intercom and an instant hot water heater. Bathrooms come with subway tiling and Carrara marble countertops.

Halstead is handling sales at the property. The third unit has yet to hit the market.

Gilad is also building three contiguous three-family townhouses at 260-264 Greene Avenue in Clinton Hill. The brassy facade is already up, Brownstoner reported.
