The first listings for Zeckendorf Development’s 50 United Nations Plaza have trickled onto the market.
The website for the 43-story condo designed by Foster + Partners recently went live. Pricing for available units ranges from $2.57 million for a 1,147-square-foot one-bedroom to $10.2 million for a 3,004-square-foot three-bedroom. Residences have bay windows, in-unit washer/dryer and windowed bathrooms with Kohler soaking tubs, Poliform teak vanities and radiant heat flooring. Kitchens are fitted with Poliform white lacquer cabinetry, black granite countertops and stainless steel appliances by Miele, Sub-Zero and Bosch.
Amenities include a resident manager, gym, 75-foot swimming pool, sauna, conference rooms, parking, climate-controlled wine cellars and storage units available for purchase. There’s also landscaped gated entry and a motor court.
Zeckendorf is co-developing the project with Eyal Ofer’s Global Holdings. This is the first US residential project for Foster + Partners, which also did the interiors. Look at the floorplans here.
The building is expected to be completed in December 2014.
